Most small businesses don't fail. They quietly turn into a job the owner can't quit.

You built something that works. The problem is it only works when you're standing in it. Every decision, every exception, every question routes through one person, and that person is tired.

Find out what's actually wrong

Nine questions, about five minutes. No cost.

You already know if this is you

You're the last approval on things that don't need approving. You answer the same questions all day because nothing was ever written down. Taking a real week off would cost more in catch-up than the trip is worth, so you don't take one. You know roughly what's in the account without checking.

And the part that keeps it going for years: from the outside, this looks like success. Busy, profitable, in demand.

What I actually do

I take businesses that depend entirely on one person and make them run without that person.

Not by working harder inside the business. By fixing the four things underneath it, in order: the money, the systems, the people, and the rhythm. Most owners try to fix all four at once, get nowhere, and conclude they're the problem.

They're not the problem. The order is.

The part nobody talks about

The expensive part isn't the work. It's not knowing which work.

You've had the ideas. What you've never had is somebody telling you which one, this week, and what comes after it. So you guess, half-start three things, and six months later you're holding a slightly different pile of half-built systems.

That isn't a discipline problem. It's twenty decisions a day about your own business, and somewhere around the twenty-first you stop making good ones.

The Turnaround System

Everything above, built into forty-four files you work through in order. Calculators that give you the real number, worksheets you print, and short guides that make the point and stop. No videos, no calls, no community.

It starts with the same nine-question diagnostic, which sorts you into your actual problem and routes you to the module that fixes it. If cash is the fire, you don't wait four weeks to get to the money.

Who's telling you this

Twenty years in corporate operations. I ran a technology organization of about a hundred and twenty people, supporting teams that won J.D. Power awards for customer service fourteen years running.

Nobody wins that fourteen times in a row by trying hard. You win it by building systems that make good service the default, so it still happens on the worst day of the year, with the newest person on the floor, when nobody senior is watching. That's the entire job, and it's a lot more buildable than people think.

Then I bought real estate and ran it like a guy with a good job who didn't have to pay close attention. Because I didn't have to. The W2 covered the gaps. So the systems I'd have demanded from any team I managed, I never built for myself.

That cost me more than I'd like to write down. Not one dollar of it was because I didn't know better. Nothing was forcing the issue.

Which is the thing I'd tell you across a table. Most owners aren't stuck because they're missing information. They're stuck because nothing has made it urgent yet, and a business will quietly absorb that for years until it can't.

If you'd rather I just did it

I take on a small number of businesses directly each year. It's hands-on, it's expensive, and it's not the right answer for most people, which is why the system exists.

If you think you're one of the few, email me and tell me what's happening. If it's a fit I'll tell you what it costs. If it isn't, I'll tell you that too and point you at the part of the system that solves it.

A business that needs you in the room isn't an asset. It's a job you can't quit and can't sell.
